Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our VIP chauffeur and limousine services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Chauffeur Services

American Headway Limousine LLC provides premium VIP chauffeur and limousine transportation services. All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Booking & Payments

• A valid credit card is required to secure all chauffeur reservations.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept all major credit cards.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will be charged 100% of the fare. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

5. Customer Conduct

Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their guests, including cleaning required for smoking or spills, will be charged to the client's credit card on file.

6. Liability

American Headway Limousine LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic conditions, road closures, or mechanical failure. Our liability is limited to the cost of the reserved service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of California, United States. American Headway Limousine LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
